August Bills Were Mailed Friday, August 22nd

***THE PHONE PAYMENT NUMBER LISTED ON THE NEW BILL ISN'T WORKING AT THIS TIME - WE ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND WORKING TO RESOLVE IT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
We are transitioning to a new billing software and as a result the August bills were mailed out later than normal. Because of the late mailing we will NOT be assessing late fees for the August billing. The online payment portal HAS also changed. The new information will be listed on your bill and we have updated the website. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR BILL IN THE MAIL - your account number has changed and you will need to have the bill in hand to register and pay. Every customer should receive a paper bill for August and you will be required to re-register your account with the new payment portal in order to pay a bill or opt into eBills. At this time eCheck payments are not available, we are working on providing that option and the website will be updated when eChecks are available.
